Complete Easter Meal To Go
Avoid the hustle and bustle of the markets this Easter with a complete dinner pack from Conquering Cuisine. We'll have your meal ready for pickup so you can easily reheat and serve. Our dinner packs are made fresh and in-house and include the main, sides and rolls. Book now, limited quantity available. Serves 6.
The packs will be available for pickup Saturday, April 19th from 2pm to 3pm.
Menu:
- Choice of Entree (with Two Sauces): Baked Glazed Ham with Homemade Tomato Chutney and Grainy Mustard Sauce OR
Roasted Leg of Lamb with Homemade Tomato Chutney and Rosemary Demi-glace Sauce;
- Layered Potato Gratin with Wilted Leeks, Aged Cheddar and Fresh Thyme;
- Steamed Asparagus with Garlic Parmesan Butter;

Cooking Class: Pasta and Gnocchi
Italian cooking is varied and rich in all its aspects but pasta and gnocchi have a special place in its history and traditions. This hands-on class will focus on kneading, rolling, cutting and forming fresh egg pasta and ricotta gnocchi. Each with be paired with sauces complement their flavor and served with a seasonal salad. It's the perfect session to roll up your sleeves and work together!

Thai cuisine is one of the world's most refined offerings. This pack celebrates that with an amazing mix of flavors and textures in one meal - sweet, salty, crunchy and more! Massaman curries have bold flavor without being too spicy and are delicious with fried rice. Our fried rice is a light and fresh with flavors of fresh lime, ginger and fish sauce.

In households all over Asia, family members gather to make the tasty packets of tender dough and savory fillings. They are a delicious and satisfying addition to any Asian inspired meal. We'll take start to finish through the process of making each of the components and show you how easy it is to do at home. You'll then sit down and enjoy your creations with a tasty dipping sauce and a bowl of miso soup.

Parent/Child Cooking Class - Flavors of Mexico
Cooking with your child, enjoying family-friendly recipes and learning more about preparing healthy, delicious meals. In this fun and informative session parent and child will work side-by-side to prep and cook each of the items on the menu with the guidance of the instructor. The recipes are designed to teach basic techniques (knife skills, sauteing, sauce-making, etc.) that are beneficial to all ages. Each of the dishes prepared will enjoyed by the participants throughout the class. All equipment, recipes and ingredients are provided. Class runs approximately 2 hours and is geared for children over 10 years old. Price is for both parent and child.

We'll leave promptly at 8 a.m. in a comfortable coach for a great day shopping and eating in one of world's great food cities. What better way to celebrate Mother's Day!
